Just found a loose wire not totally snapped in. This had to come from the factory like this, I never had this wire disconnected before. This issue has also been discussed in the below link "p0118 code won't go off".

Kind of hard to tell, did the connector get unseated or did the pin come out of the housing?

The connector was on the pins. When I pushed on the connector, it move about a 1/8" then I heard it click. I'm assuming I heard the lock tab engage. I never had a code show because it was still making electrical connection.
