So as I am going to go to this wonderful event but am staying off site, what time are the festivities planning to start? Is there some sort of agenda at to departure times etc?

We try have a 9am briefing and leave shorty after that. We have a planned dinner destination and back for supper(ish).
Have not heard from Bounty what the routes will be as of yet but I heard there be a belly strecthin' BBQ on Saturday hosted by srxtwin's club near Beausejour.
We do need more snow as the Whiteshell is still listed as closed as are a few other essential trails. :o|:o|:o|

Thank you. Okay so we need to be out there by 845 then. Perfect. Its about 45 min from my cottage to Pinawa so if we leave around 730 then we are golden.

Plans are to ride out Thursday morning from Garson. Won't be able to make fri-sat unfortunately. Heading to hecla resort via sled Friday morning.
Anyone riding out I can join or if riding by I can team up with?

I got Wednesday off - YEEE HAAA - so Dan and I will arrive very late that night and see you all for Thursday am Breakfast and RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Which way are you all coming up? If you are coming thru the Manitoba way I will drive up with you.

We come up through International falls / Fort Frances, Ontario.

I pick up Dan on the Iron range in MN Chisholm and so the I29 route through Manitoba doesn't work for us.

To bad Stiener that would have been good to get together, but we will see you there.

Cant wait to laugh and ride with you all.

I get it. Its one hour longer to go to Bemidji, Grand Forks and then up to Niverville.
The time is getting closer and the Whiteshell trails have finally opened up.

Is it just 1? If you need let me know. I thought it would be several hours given need to go through Chisholm. I have never driven the route you mention. Mark

I picked up a sled in Grand Rapids which would be on your way to Bemidji. I think Bemidji is a 5 hour drive for me.
Its an hour longer to get to Niverville as far as Google Maps says but then still an hour or so to get to Pinawa.
If you do decide to come up thru Emerson I can be your MB guide.
There are more places to get your Snopass if you come up thru the Emerson way then the other way.

Checking Niverville on Google maps and we could do it for less than an hour add on with better roads 169=>2=>59. Is this right if so, let me know, and I will check with Dan.

169->2 then t0 59 works well. I live 3 miles off the 59hwy. Any other of our US friends coming up on Wednesday?
We could all meet up and get you Snopassed before we go to Pinawa.
