speedo and tach went haywire

Last nite I stopped at the store to get a drink, everthing was fine when i shut off the sled, I started the sled and noticed the lite was dim and the speedo and tach was all screwy, the tach and speedo would work, then it would all go blank ,then back on it would go then the sled will not start at all now it wont even turn over.The sled is a 03 rx1, what the heck is going on now, almost a year to the date since the last electical problem :? So whats up?

You've got a short or a bad battery.

I found what the heck happend, it was the starter relay the dealer wants 280 for parts, but air wolf has it for me,
