15 ft lbs comes to mind for a 2-ply track.

Woodys recommended 15 ft lbs on their instruction sheet that was in with the 1/2" tall aluminum nuts i bought. I dont recall if it specified which track

Advise given to me from TY. Suck them tight/flush. So no real measurable value. If that makes sense.
