Throttle extension for mountain sleds help!

I ordered the powermadd throttle extension and it looks like a bunch of modifing to get this to work with the mountain throttle cable because of the rubber end (no C clip).

Any other ideas? Cant seem to find anyone that makes extensions for our sleds anymore.

I have a large lift so the 05 rx1 mtn cable wont work.

How big of a riser do you have I have an 8 inch riser on mine and the 05 mountain cable worked for me

I have an 8 inch rise as well. Is that with the rider forward or stock location?

is the 05 cable longer then ? , I have a 2inch riser
and its maxed out to be on the safe side with its stock cable .

Mine is in stock location with riser pivoted forward so it strait up and down

Will the RSI long cable for the APEX fit the rx1?

You want the 05 Yamaha mountain cables. Yes they are longer.

After doing more searching I contacted Dustin at Outlaw Motorsports. They have custom throttle cables for the RX1 that is 6 inches longer. I will post results when I recieve and install. Price is 39 dollars plus shipping.
