"Yamaha" Throttle Lever Install on Viper

As you can see the tang of spring is not on the nub anymore on mine.

Thanks Cannondale,

I went ahead and moved it past the nub last night. It seems to have went to the back of the throttle body. But, it still has a spring retract and the throttle lever seems to be about 30% easier to move. I think I am really going to like that.

To feel comfortable with it, I cycled it many times. Can not wait to try it out.

Any update on how the throttle worked out?
Just installed a finger throttle on my sled. And my arm is buggered after a day of riding lol.
Thinking about trying this. So any update would be appreciated
Thanks.

I ended up putting spring back after having some issues with throttle safety engaging. But shortly after my cable frayed so that may have been cause. Other than that no progress I just got used to it.
