We were all wondering how tight the HID install on our Phazers would be. Let me tell you this, the install could not be easier than with Rock's patch cables. You will spend more time burying the cables and mounting the ballasts than connecting it up.
There is room to do it and keep the ballasts cool. Too bad the season is over as my daughter is going to love these lights.

I installed my HID lights that I also bought from Rock today on my 09' RTX. I thought I would share how I mounted the ballast's. I drilled a couple of small holes on each side of the gas tank top body panel so I could secure the ballast's with zip ties. I drilled the mounting tab holes in the ballast a little larger so I could use bigger zip ties. Wow, do they seem bright!
