So I just broke 1 of the 6 clutch cover bolts off in spider. I was able to drill out the bolt. From what I can tell I could thread a 8mm bolt on the hole but the clutch wouldn't be balanced? Any ideas on what I should do? Its my back up sled so not looking to break the bank
So I cut these three blocks off and just twisted them together seperately to make sure sled would start. Fuel relay clicks but no fuel pump comes on... are all of these grounding blocks? One has 3 wires light blue stripped, one has 3 black with blue stripe wires and the last has 5 red wires...
I have a stupid question but I want to double check. I found a Cobra track off of an Arctic Cat that has the 2.52 pitch. Will this work on an 07 Apex? I am pretty sure it will since the pitch is the same.
I am thinking about going from 121 and extending to 128 track. I added a rear cooler to my sled. My question is, will the 128" track hit the rear cooler?
Does anybody have a copy of the mega float manual they could send me? I am trying to get the air camber removed so I could clean the seals. Unless somebody can tell me how. I tried unscrewing the big air camber with the logo on it but it just spoon without coming out. I bought it used without...
I have code 20 coming up now. It cleared yesterday but is back today which i cannot clear. I am going to test the unit as it says the manual . My question is with the dash reading of the barometric pressure it reads 947... Sounds like the sensor is bad. The sled has worked fine just a little...
I just picked up a used set and I am wonder if the evol camber is supposed to be mounted towards the front of the sled or towards the back.. I also have the camber on the bottom side near the ski. Sorry for the dumb question..
I busted my second Mono shock cable adjuster so I am going to go without. Does anybody know which way to turn the adjuster with a screwdriver for softer and harder? Counterclockwise or clockwise?
I have a chain case with reverse where I broke the chain tightner post off. The cover is fine. Does anyone know if I can buy a standard non-reverse chain case so I can use the back of the case with the cover of my reverse? Looking at part numbers from Apex mountain to my Apex ER, the back chain...
I put a brand new belt on my sled today. I double checked alignment and the distance between the clutches. Everything is on. I took out the washers on the secondary also. Here's the problem, the sled spins the track and moves by itself. If i hold the break, the sled shuts off. What else can I do...
I need my Apex mono shock rebuilt this year and was thinking about the Pioneer ressy. Has anybody used this yet? I do have the big boy spring in my sled. Should I just go with the rebuild and revalved instead?
I have a 07 apex er with standard ra mono shock. The shaft is bad on the rear shock. Its not a cheap fix. Has anyone swapped a mono out with an ohlin electric shock without the electronics hooked to it to make it non adjustable? Or would it just be better to swap out with another manufacture?
The idle circuit is sticking and it won't rev down. does anybody know where it is to be cleaned? or the air idle circuit motor is? its for an 07 apex.
thanks
matt
