When Starting, it barely cranks over and slowly spins faster and faster. It's as if something is binding on start and loosens up after a few seconds. Worst when its cold but even happens when its worm although not near as bad. It always ends up starting but I'm getting nervous the machine is going to end up leaving me stranded somwhere. The battery seems to be good and I tried a new battery with same result so battery is ruled out. I searched the site and found starting issues but none like this one.

Sounds like a bad starter armature. Another test to eliminate a possibility is to bypass the starter relay. Check the terminals at the starter. Just thoughts.

Dealer replaced the starter on my Vector before I purchased it. When I asked why he said the seal between the starter and engine blew and the starter filled up with oil. I think this would give a slow crank when cold and a litlle faster crank when warm.
Armature failures and worn bushings usually show themselves when the starter is hot.

She's totally dead now. Went to start it,cranked slowly as usual, backfired and now won't even crank. Just get the relay click when you turn the key. Bringing in to the dealership. First time machine has to be towed, I hope it's the last.
