This guy did his nytro. Maybe the vector/apex motos could work in this application also. I understand about part sells dropping off but see lots of nytro's on the trails here in the Midwest.

I would like to install power steering on my fx nytro. Not running air box. Have k&n filters so have room for motor.

Have you guys seen the dyno video of a winder where you can actually see the jackshaft flexing forward under load? The secondary moves forward. The flex in the shaft is something else. I don't have the video but it's out there.

Some of us have plated the top of the tunnel from the heat exchanger back after the side braces on the procross chassis. Stiffing up the drive train area... Waiting till summer maintenance to install the intake tube...

I also have found the electrical plugs to not have support for the wire coming out of the plugs into the wire loom. A good sturdy piece of shrink wrap on the harness onto the connector would help... The wires will bounce around and spread open the terminals over time. I have had this cause...

Check for loose battery cables at battery... Handlebar kill switch? Just my 2cents...

Bob i need to replace my throttle position sensor. Did you use an ohn meter to set base value or just go by readings?

I think it happens at the last reduction in boost to bring down to the "300" level. Header and 3" muffler is what tune is designed for so i don't get it. Up front i have the stock intercooler with the secondary intercooler under hood which is supposed to deliver more even air to all 3...
