The best snow check I could find was $9699.00 for the sled, no acessories and before sales tax. Alot of people around me paid $10100 on there snow check. Why is yours so cheep? Is your dealer taking a loss on each sled? Maybe I am a sucker? what gives Bob

I am thinking of doing a four two patern for 144 studs, keeping away from the shock, with double backers. What is the deal with alluminum backers, compared to steel? All I have ever done is steel single backed studs. Thanks Bob

Yup, 144 down the middle with the fourth wheel kit. What is the purpose of the fourth wheel? Bob

The fourth wheel goes in the rear of the skid, if you look you will see three wheels there, they say they put in a fourth one for something? If it needs it, I will do it myself, I'm not so sure it needs it. Bob

I talked to my local dealer today, he sais if I get a GT and stud it, I need 144 studs and a fourth wheel on the rear? What do you guys think? Bob

I have been looking at the windshields, is the consensus the med is the way to go? I hate being cold and was thinking, the tall might be better for me? any thoughts? MR sled, how about you? we are about the same size?

I have a 99 SX700 with an M-10. Would anyone be able to give a comparison with the Apex? Will the handeling be all that different? Of course the 4-stoke part speaks for it self! I can't decide if I should wait one more year or not? Thanks Bob
