When I jumped the relay it rolled over but did not start, what could it be?

Hi Sled started fine, Got -15C and nothing no lights no power, changed the battery and the starter relay, still nothing. Tried to jump the relay no go. It got warm +1 sled started no problem (4 Times) got cold again -18 and once again nothing? Please help me fix this, my wife wants to sell it...
