Guys I finally figured this out after trouble shooting every single wire.
It was the ballasts I got with the kit had this big box in between the power cables which look like some kind of resistor. I don't think it was allowing enough current.
Swapped out to some old ballasts that don't have...
Update I just went out to play around with it hooked up everything again and same thing. The hids do not turn on until I actually start the machine then they cut out after a second.
Switched the 3 prong power to the other side plug and same thing. I think it has something to do with cutting...

The kit is brand new so if it was a bad ballast wouldn't one light still work and the other not work? I mean what are the odds both ballast are bad?
Do I need to pull a fuse or do something with a relay? I thought it would just be plug and play but both lights are just cutting out as soon...
Hey guys just installed an h4 standard hid kit on my nytro but when I start it up it just goes on for a split second then turns off.
One bulb I have the power going to the relay and the second bulb the 3 prong is just hanging loose but that bulb is connected to the second ballast.
