I mounted mine under the left side of the handle bar just to the right of the brake assembly with a Go Pro clamp.

My buddy had a hi temp warning on his Nytro was a rub through on main wire harness behind primary clutch. Not a typical rub through, there is a casting nub the harness settles on to . Look carefully under the harness. You will find pics here if you search. Could be your idle issue also.

Anyone know of a thermostat I could get from a parts store? Maybe a small car or something? No Yamaha dealer close by and none of them stock it anyway.

My 09 xtx has about 15000 miles on it. Nytros have their issues, but I love mine. This is the go to place for info. Just snoop around and search too.

You can compare handle bars on microfiche, I think RTX bars have about an inch rise. XTX bars are about two inches or a little more

I was dismayed to see my upper shock bushings are done on the front of my 19 xtx, has the QS3 shocks. 3000 miles. Is anyone aware of an upgrade for the bushings? Is this a common problem? A search here didnt show much. Thanks.
