I have the same sled same fluctuating ISC issue when cold. Did you figure it out?

The idle speed changes fast for about 3 secs then slow for about 3 seconds alternating fast slow fast slow until it warms up. It doesn't maintain fast idle when cold. It's got low miles around 5K. I got it used. Always done it.

It's not charging the battery only getting 12.05V at 5,000 rpm with accessories off. Going by the service manual resistance is too high. Not sure about the voltage but assume the three phases ought to have equal output?

Had the same problem threads were pulled on one of the bolts that clamp the y-pipe to muffler. Replaced the clamps and all good. They are easy to strip and it doesn't always leak. Sent from my D6708 using Tapatalk

the 07 works. I just changed mine yesterday (06 RTX)

I tack welded a nut to a c-clamp and got the bearing out that way. 15 min job. Just need something on the clamp to push it out of the bore to where you can grab it.
