What will happen to the subframe if you use the prybar trick if its only the a-arm that is bent? Wont the subframe bend where the a-arms are mounted?

Just got my skies. Ordered with the fishbone kit for the nytro. My question is how you guys that use them did to mount them? Did you have to make new bushings or did you just shorten the existing ones? Sucks that they arent included considering the price.
