Its the gearing .. Viper ltx has 24/50 gears .. Nytro has 21/39 gears

I had a gps on my nytro and i can tell u that 114 is 109.. Its 5 mph off exactly ;)! :sled1:

You will see the bigest gain in how fast u get to 90 or 95mph not too much top end.. Mine on ice road hits 112mph on the speedo and thats about it.. Groomed trail the best i seen was 97mph.. I got all the mods u listed and i am glad that i did it ... Its worth it for sure ;)!

No engine is the same as another, some run strong some r dogs.. My 07 was a monster but my 11 was a turd...It all depends on how wornout the tooling was when they cut the ports on heads for your sled..

The old apex and the new one r about the same ... Mostly depends if night shift built it or day shift lol

You know you r a yamaha owner when you need a fork lift to put your sled in the back of your truck cuse u and 3 of your buddys cant lift it and every snow bank calapses from u driving on it :jump:

Wow your viper must be a freak of nature .. I ride with vipers, doos, poos, apexs and never yet have i seen a viper with few mods come even close to any of those sleds .. Maybe it will hang till about 40 or 50 mph thats about the best i seen them do.. I have a nytro with every mod i can do...
