I run the same tune, clutch springs and weights, stock helix and I am running 80.4 grams in the weights(loaded) with the Ultimax belt to get around 9100rpm. They say the Ultimax drops rpm quite a bit, I haven't done the back-to-back testing to verify. I change my belt before 1500 miles...

When I bought my sled the idler wheels were chewed up pretty bad, the prior owner had the track studded by the dealer and never checked tightness... needless to say many loose studs and chewed wheels at 1000 miles. all were replaced and now I'm at 8000 miles with no further issues!!

I have only pulled a two place with mine, tows better than my 5.3 6 speed Chevy did. I got about 12MPG with a lot of up and down hills from Boston to Moosehead in Maine, 275 miles or so. A 4 place would add 2000lbs or so and no more drag. I don't think it would be an issue at all.
