You were right. Primary spring is broken. My dealer said would be couple weeks to get one. What would be a good comparable or what poundage was the factory?

When I shift my sled into reverse in shifts very "hard" and not easy. Would this be due to belt deflection? I noticed that the belt is sitting a little low in the secondary and track is spinning when on the stand at idle. Thanks in advance.

Well that is great to hear and makes my decision easier. Also, pretty happy with my dealer, dropped the sled off on Saturday and it is ready to go. They also did the chain case oil and an oil change and only charged me the fluids cost for the chain case and no labor. Picking up tomorrow and...

Which I have no problem with having the 5 years but for $1,200 like Trevor was saying is it worth it? Love the sled and want to keep it as finally have it setup for my riding style perfectly but this whole starter thing scares me if the new gear isn't the fix.

Really, that seems pricey to me. Was thinking $3-400 a year or so. Might just have take my chances and hope the new starter is good to go.

Yeah not sure how that would work as I am up in Canada. I know when I bought my quad down in the states when our dollar was stronger my warranty was not valid up here.
