    I would not heat case up might melt seal. Best way is to press in. Put a little oil on outside of seal.

    When "should" one change their belt?

    Just finished riding and have 3247Kms on my belt using Dans set up and Hurricane alignment tool. All Kms running 270 tune. I think problem is fixed. May change belt as I don’t want to push my luck too far. Thanks to Dan for posting his set up and to Hurricane for creating the tool. Mike.
