    Hissing noise from Heat Exchanger

    Alright heres the deal, I shot a stud thru the heat exhanger, tore the track suspension, everything out, welded the hole shut, re-installed everything... Filled the antifreeze back up. Well took it for a test ride for about 15 minutes, everything ran fine, no leaks, no temp lights, nothing...

    I got it, Thanks. There was A LOT of lock tight on there, came out tough the whole way...

    Removing chaincase cover. Reverse shaft bolt...

    So I am removing my chaincase cover, and the bolt on the outside of the cover going into the reverse shaft, is loose, but is really hard to turn. Almost feels like its going to snap off... Anyone have this problem? I don't wanna snap the damn thing off. Any help?
