I think a roll over valve is needed, but depends on your type of riding. On a good day my sled may end up on it hood several times a day in the backcountry. The easiest way to get sleds unstuck is to roll them over, especially on the side of a hill. I have a four stroke solutions roll over valve.

I have used fluid film, it works well. Great product. I used it on a 2003 toyota tacoma i purchased new. The truck chasis is still great and they were famous for rust, even had a recall for it. I had the truck for 7 years and step father has had it ever since.

I always do it like #2. With the springs let go. Put the springs back up when bolted up, works best for me.

I have a trail MBRP which has the bigger diameter. The long skinny one is the Race version.

Have not had issues myself, but seen it come up on TY before. So last year when i removed the subframe to install grizz gusset plates, i cut that exact nub off with a dremel. Good post!

I have also removed my swaybar, still only running 65-70 psi in my Fox float X shocks. I have zero regrets for my style of riding. Way better off trail and i have not noticed any negatives on trail. Sway bar has been hanging in my garage for three years, wish i would have removed it long ago.

No advantage i can see other than choice of tracks. I think if you go with 2.86 pitch with 8 tooth drivers the diameter is almost the same as the 2.52 9 tooth stock drivers.

This is a awesome setup Off Trail Mike. That is the best way to increase airflow that I have seen yet. Back when I had the first version of the trail tank, I shimmed the radiator a bit due to clearance issues with the fan and tank. Trail tank has great customer service and sent a newer version...

I have a RTX extended to 136". I replaced the 4 stock idlers and added 2 more with mounts just before the rear axle wheels. Great wheels have had no issues and have reduced hyfax wear. Good product.

Any one have experience with the star relocate kit and a 136" rail extension to get 144". Any issues or tips on making it work. would like to try it for the shallow approach angle.

X2 on mountaintech a-arms, I have the same set as Rooster, although I have not ridden with them on yet due to quick loss of snow late last year. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Can't wait to ride with this year with the new geometry. 40" wide +2" forward.

Just installed my plates. Had it stripped down for mountaintech a-arms. I asked the same question to grizztracks, he said it can be done with the subframe in, but the lower a-arms have to be removed along with the ecu. As nydiver said once your that far its not that much more to take the whole...
