Looks like I found the culprit, and looks like mnmsnowbeast is the winner! Got a chance to look it all over a bit more closely today, and since you TY guys gave me the places to look I found this; The rubber seal was damaged just like mnmsnowbeast predicted. And here is a better look...

Thanks sherlock29, did you put the gasket compound on the inside or outside of the rubber gasket, or both? The 2 hour job with beer sounds good right now.

1. Sleddog66 - If you look at the third picture, the drain hole is right at the bottom behind that pile of gunk. You access the plug by reaching under the sled along the frame directly behind the chaincase. There is a small (10 or 12mm I think) bolt there that is the drain plug. It should be...

I think it's more like 8.5ish I believe. It doesn't evaporate, so it went somewhere. I'm hoping out the slightly loose drain plug hole. If not there, it can go through a bad oil seal on the jackshaft bearing and disappear through there. It could go out the edge if the rubber gasket has...

Well, I took it apart today and this is what I found; 1. When I went to drain the chain case oil, none came out. That wasn't good. 2. The drain plug was still in, but not snugged tight. I had synthetic in there. I am hoping that is where the oil went, and not inside through a bad oil seal...

I'll take it into the shop this week and open the chain case. I'll try and take some pictures when I find the problem. Hopefully it's not too bad. Any more advice or other places to look would be appreciated. I'll definately keep that in mind doc.

Thanks. We thought chaincase but it sounded like the clutch side. With the belt off I started it, revved just enough to see if the sheaves would come together. No more than 3 seconds total, key on to key off and 5-6000 rpm. But yeah, I won't do that again, I was worried and frustrated. Thanks.j

When I use Amsoil it eats it. I used Yamalube last time and it hasn't been using oil.

I tried Turk's set up - almost, except I have 5 washers in the arm instead of 4. It pulls really, really hard in low end now. Mid range is a bit better too. Top end is still missing though. I'm between 10,800-11,000 rpm's. Engagement is about 4000. Raced the other Attak yesterday again...

Thanks to the TY member who helped me out. I have a fuel map to try tomorrow. It isn't set exactly for my mods but it should be a very good starting point. If anyone has an Ignition Map I could use until I can the exact map for my mods that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
