    What if you just pull the fuel pump relay and crank it over for a bit. I assume you coated the bearings with assembly lube so u should be protected for a while at start up anyway

    How long to run the chain?

    Chain roughly $100. Chaincase Will cost lots more if the chain breaks and takes it with it and the downtime for a sport that is too short already. I am changing every 1000 miles but I am boosted and don't want to take the chance.

    You need to find out your fuel pressure. When I first put my turbo in I had the fuel pressure way too high and sled would barely run.

    I think u will have to heat it up and mold it a little to make it fit. If you know you are going to put in a rear mount then I believe they will send you out a tank with the modification already made.

    Adjusting chaincase tension,

    yep, that is the way they are. Put the chain tightener where you think it should be and don't look back. I usually do not do the quarter turn back, but that is probably wrong.

    I believe it is in the manual how to override your TORS if you want to rule that out.. If it was tors though it should give you a code.
