I know that usually 15-1 usually indicates lean, but sometimes if you have a lot of raw fuel going by your a/f sensor, it will show lean even though it is rich. It will usually start to change the other way as it gets cleaned out or engine warms up.

No, just figured I'd try to save people some time seeing I know where the stuff is. No use spending 2 days on the phone when you don't have to.

-UPDATE- Well after 2 or 3 days of phone calls and emails,I have enough new parts to get my sled up and running for the weekend... that is if my y-pipe shows up tomorrow. There is some parts still around if anybody needs donuts or a y-pipe. If you do just pm me and I'll see if I can help.

I have problems right now with my donuts and 1 y-pipe, but if I knew what I know now I would have done them at 4000 miles as preventative maint. and it would have only cost me the price of a set of donuts. Even if yours looks good at 4000mi. change them.

Well after a new yammi belt,checking & adjusting the secondary clutch, & setting spring tension to 60, I went out for a ride this weekend. Works great now. Thanks to everyone for the help! :yam:

thanks grader, I,ve got the sec. clutch off now. I'm wondering if the belt is supposed to be wider with the od sheave because the sled came w/a dayco belt on it. I'm going to ck the belt # at the dealer today.
