In which position should the 2,44 weights be ? Inner, middle or tipp?

What are your turns-on with the modification? My is completely original about 3900-4000 and it is far too high, I think. I tried with 15mm rollers but I do not think it was much of a difference but I will try B-P-B and 2.44 weights.
