I have disassembled the fuel pump, replaced 2 coils that were not clipping on the plugs well, and switched coils between cylinders. I have disassembled the carbs and cleaned them 3 times, the last time swapping all of the brass between carb 3 and 4, including the needle and seats. Carbs have...

I switched the needle and seat assemblies from the problem cylinder #3 to good running cylinder #4, on the last carb disassembly, figuring that if that was the problem, it would rear it's ugly head on #4.. The problem stayed at #3... #4 still running perfect.. :o|

Yes, i just did, after the first carb cleaning. I have a morgan pro carb tune, that I use on my bike. They were only off slightly.

Havent looked at that yet.. Took it to bristol racing to have a compression tens and leak down done.. He can't get to it till next week tho..

Don't get me wrong, the sled has great performance on top end, and probably mid-range too, but at low end, or idle, it seems to skip like it's on 3 cylinders, and kinda smells rich. The fuel milage is atrocious.. 5 to 6 mpg.. My xcr 800 used to get like 9 to 10, and I thought that was bad, but...
