    Throttle was completely operable, but engine would die if throttle opened. Ice was not a problem; temperature was 35-40 degrees.

    I finally found the air bleed with a great deal of thanks to those who took the time to lead me to it. Picture shows latch in storage box and rubber plug displaced to access bleeder bolt. Thanks to everyone.

    Thanks so much for the info on the storage box. Just went out to look and no rubber plug near the latch. I made a mistake on the year; it is 2008. May be there are slight differences between years. I'll keep looking, but any new info is helpful.
