    Non-Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

Strike all that...that kit looks like a high pressure fuel pump & return line to the slipper. Non adj. Regulator, doesn't make sense to me. "Scratching my head"

1.5hrs!?!?! For God sakes man, you must be a real pro. You know what they say,"Practice makes perfect!"

Well ..if you were to come, are you bringing reeds with you? I hear the q16 and high boost does wonders on them? Do you have a guy who's gonna change them lakeside? Quite the mess, pulling the tank and $***. Sure it's like the old days.....hahaha. Lay back and enjoy the ride.....

Question, how much is .5 seconds in sleds lengths to 660'? Say carrying speed is 105 on top...

    1,000ft

Sure, it can. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 400hp 998t will beat it. Anything seriously less, and I'd have my doubts. All it takes is money. I'm not bragging them up!! As all they're good for is the short run. They know that. And it helps with longevity. Who in God's name would want to...

Ya know something, I'll never have to worry about seeing a turned up Boost out on the trails or perhaps when I stop and quench my thirst. Cuz the poor Boost thirsts for something that the local pumps cannot provide. Hahaha... I'd have better luck seeing the loch Ness monster coming out of lake...

Nitro 1049 shaft, new brg, etc. just waiting on a seal. It's been claimed to have a tighter tolerance then the 998t. We shall soon see. It's a little risque, not as promising as the Hurricane hub. But Id like to give it a try. Stock boosts are running 7.5's @ 88mph in the 660', And I'm not...

Steve, You have me thinking....I'm kinda glad I didn't have a higher engagement spring in the primary. Cuz honestly that would have really tested my cheesy clutch combo. That would have went south....quite frankly. You understand 4,000rpms with traction. Yep...haha.

Either way I'll be met with some sort of ridicule, by one or another. I'll show numbers and someone will find a way to discredit. I would have been in St Germain for the radar runs. But I'm guessing that's cancelled. Would have been nice as I know at least one person would have been there...

Steve, I'm explaining to guys that don't have the dough, they can run good strong sleds on a budget. That's all. I'm just having fun, bud. lol. Pic of spring. I'll pull it out in favor of something a little more robust. I'll get numbers on hardpack when available.

Well....I asked a pro as everything was considered. As he (running sub 6's) explained it would not change much, if any. As he tests on same ground situation then dragys hardpack. Possibly the slightest decrease in ET and the slightest increase in mph. As you know, Steve...I ran on a stock 35°...

Zero! Lol. My fuel line popped off that day, after 3 passes and had to abort. When all the snow came I decided just to go trail riding. As now I've got 8" on the ground. No good place for me to test any further. Sleds on a hoist right now, greasing brgs and putting in a new snub shaft.

That was mostly frozen ground, with lite snow cover. Temp was 32° and rising. You could feel it in the ground getting soft. Power trail, which is all I'll be using from this day forward. Until it is completely maxed out.

Case in point...do more, spend less. Believe, you can do it! To none-believers, please just keep scrolling. I can show results like these all day long. Im just getting warmed up. Him:6.64 vs me: 6.34

Closed loop - poor fuel mileage

I think, FOR ME. There's an art to going fast. And as long as you've maximized your sleds full potential, at the place your in, running 275hp, and beating every other 275hp tuned sled there is....then yes, of course make that next step. don't let money stop you!!! But, if you're the weakest dog...

I like the fibre idea...Yes, one in each side. If you Google "Yamaha sidewinder quiet kit" I believe Ulmer's sells them for $10. But please don't quote me.

I use ear buds....lol. It seems as thou riding in colder (0°f) and keeping the RPMs down to cruising helped to cut down on things (Noise) I'm sure it makes some sense. I'm making one last ditch effort at a 90% cure, for all riding. But it's only for the satisfaction of trying. A bud sent me...
