I did have a starter one time where the shaft was spinning inside the armature. It could be that, but if it isn't then what maim says.

I do find that flush with the top or slightly above is almost always the right setting.

Stock belt? Wear like that cause the tops to come off the belt.

I'm concerned that may become a problem. The interference fit isn't tight enough. Once it moves over, all the grease works its way out.

The tips of those bolts wear down. Replace them or remove the washers.

Any of the Viper or Nytro springs will interchange. In addition, if you wanted to switch the secondary rollers out for something that won't ruin the helix over time, the Cat secondary rollers fit. What are the average speed you run most of the time with this machine?
