What year is your sled ? Is it cklutched or stock. Some guys say the clutch kit shaves off a few mph on top as well although will get you there faster. They still are getting broke in at 5000 kms mark. I have 13,000km on mine now, doesnt burn a drop of oil.

yamaha speedos are out to lunch thats why they call thenm the dream-O-meter mine GPS'd at 105 MPH. Speedo syas 190 kph which equals 118 mph. 13 mph difference. GPS is the only accurate way other than a well calibrated radar
