I've been playing around with the Hurricane alignment tool today and noticed that my secondary bushing seems to have a fair bit of slop in it for a sled with only 1400 miles on it. Anyone else notice this? A worn bushing is pretty hard on belts.

If you have an iPhone, the built in angle finder works very well for this also.

Have you left the suspension settings stock as well? If the skis are carrying too much weight it will show up in your top end MPH...

This is the second lower panel for this guy. Bought the protector after replacing plastic the first time. I think the second smaller piece is in the right spot, but maybe needs to be mounted somehow without being bolted to the plastic itself?
