I am a professional skier and train accordingly. I have not slowed down much and have no intention of doing so any time soon. Keep a 66 year old body properly trained and it works pretty well if the diet is good.

I wore my knees out crashing motorcycles and skiing. I now have two total knee replacements. They do not bend far enough for me to ride sport motorcycles anymore. But they let me ski just like when I was 20! And they bend just far enough to letme ride a trail sled as hard as I want.
