They never should have taken orders out of the dealers hands to begin with. The whole online ordering system has been a fail since its inception. I hope everyone who wants a 2025 Yamaha is able to get one. Trying to order a 2023 or 2024 was frustrating.

I would want the XTX for what you described.

Parallel twins are becoming very popular in sxs. Whatever they use will likely also replace the engine in the wildcat XX. I would be fine with a turbocharged parallel twin if it means it comes in a package with great ergonomics and a low COG.

I don’t love the shade of orange on the 9000. I wish it were the orange color they used on the 2024 Catalyst Riot. I really like that color.

It is crazy how many different “fixes” we have seen for this over the years. Plastic, McMaster Carr, DMC, Prevost, needle bearings, yet Cat refused to update the bushing. I can’t imagine owning a 998T and not being a member of this site. You would be in for some bad days eventually.

I have always preferred the Sidewinder color schemes over the Cat versions, but the red Riot they put out last season looked awesome on snow. Probably my favorite cat version so far.
