    New ski-doo

That depends on who you ask I guess. I’d take EPS over any of Doo’s latest innovations. IMO, their sleds have become very plain and boring looking since the inception of the G4. You are offered two colors, one of which is black, with barely any decals. IMO, the G5’s are the ugliest sleds on...

    Another flat land Turbo

Kudos to Doo for putting it on snow. There will be more models with it next season. Time to see what Yamaha has for us. Hopefully we get more than an hour to order this season.

What do you mean by some assembly required?

Did you guys see the new Cat Catalyst?

Cat will totally miss the mark if they price the Catalyst 600 at $18k. Doo 600 XRS and a 650 XCR were both under 15k last season. 18k is 850 money, not 600 money.

    Clutching and fuel consumption

I have a trip booked in Northern Maine is 2 weeks. What other changes should be made with a 35/39 helix? Different spring as well? I may be interested in the G-force setup, but I don’t want to make huge changes before a big trip. Backyard testing will be coming to a close after this week.

Big warmup of 2023 here already???

We rode Northern VT yesterday. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it felt like we were riding in late March or early April. The sun was strong and conditions deteriorated rapidly throughout the day.

    Clutching and fuel consumption

That makes some sense. My 2018 and my dad’s stock 2017 were always close at the pump but his 2022 with the 35/39 seems to be a fair amount better.

    Clutching and fuel consumption

I have a 2018 RTX with 5,500 miles. It has been tuned with TD MS16 with the stock muffler, intake, and map sensor since 1,500 miles. I have never been one to pay much attention to fuel consumption. However, next season we are planning some longer saddlebag trips where range is important. I...

Xs belt life, when to change.

My first ultimax blew at 3,500 miles, but I was running in 45 degree temps that day.

    146" Skid on a 137" Frame

I am pretty sure the 129 tunnel is shorter.

    146" Skid on a 137" Frame

For the first time ever, I wish my 129 was a 137. It would make that swap much easier!

Big warmup of 2023 here already???

We are having a terrible winter here in the Northeast.

Were the boost readouts different for each tune?

    2023 SRX in person looks??

I did not like the red and white SRX in pics, but I fell in love once I saw it in person. It is sweet looking sled!

    2023 SRX in person looks??

Black and gold or white and red would be sweet!

    Going down?

Stopped at a small Doo dealer in NH today. They had (5) 2023 sleds. (4) of which were spring order back outs.

    2024 Prototypes and Spy Photos

I feel the same way. I have been a Yamaha faithful for 20 years. My loyalty took a hit when my brand new 2016 Grizzly was a lemon. We replaced my wife’s Vector last year with a Ski-doo 900 turbo. It is a well built machine with quality parts.

    TD MAX17 question

That is my understanding as well.

    Max17 First lake run....painful.

    I have seen 123GPS with 21/41.
