Sounds like the gas issue is from the vent as you describe. I will adjust filling and see if it makes a difference, good idea!! On the throttle very interesting adaptation!!

Thank you for the advice. I will give that a try. In this part of Baffin Island there is a dearth of snow so far this winter so it has been rough going! The VK Pro has hand elde it well..no serious complaints !!

Yukon MP the mod for exhaust was bought on the Yammie site. It directs the exhaust from the tunnel out the sides of the seat. Works very well. Have had no issue with ice in the tunnel with the mod on. Wider ski skins helped on tipsiness but once you get used to it/ it is not so bad...not...

The MOD kit comes out on both sides. It comes with the piping mods only. 2 exhaust outlets. I will take a picture later and send you. Possibly tommorow, its at the shop right now for the 1000km warranty check.

You can order the exhaust mod kit on the Yamaha site. I ordered it and had my dealer install. It isn't really a DIY kinda of installation, it's not expensive, it does work well. Had it out yesterday ( yes it is June but I'm in Nunavur) in some pretty slushie ice and very wet snow, no issues.

Good day! I have the VK Pro ii 2016. I installed the exhaust mod kit, no problem with ice build up in tunnel or on suspension ran her at -38 to -3 outside temp and no issue. You can see the mod in picture.
