IQS did not work until we hooke up other guage from tcat, but we could see code on factory dash when we unplugged a shock.

Any resolve to this, we are having same issues with a sled in our group. We also tested module in another sled which worked fine, so module is good. We are assuming switch is the problem, any input? Thanks Tom

It will need honed to fit shaft also. We did not trim length at all on ours, just press flush to outside of gear like stock one was Both bushings are same size, I believe!

Yes it will need honed. Sandpaper on a socket till it fits, pretty easy! If you can press it in , you can easily hone it

Mcmaster Carr. 2867T67

While you have suspension out, it might be wise to check for movement in driveshaft on brake side bearing. Just reach under sled and try moving driveshaft up and down.

We just checked our 2 sleds and mcmaster bushing 2867T67 is perfect at near 2000 miles, 1 sled only made it 1250 miles on stock bushing. You do have to hone bushing some after pressed in gear.

Last yr I ran qay70s 74.5g set screws bottom out to tip. Powertrail, trail muffler, stock airbox, stock springs and stock 35 helix. Xs825 belt
