Curious how the Igrip studs worked as far as durability? How many did you use and do you think you could actually change them if necessary? Understanding they won't hold big power, but should help with sliding and moderate braking.

The Doo 900 ACE is a very nice machine. Never have to worry if she's going to run out of gas. Extremely smooth and quiet. Set up with Snow trackers and an ice series track will give great confidence.

A word of caution to temper your expectations. Top speed will be very boring with this machine. Don't be surprised if you top out in the 70's. The shocks as delivered will be quite stiff so you should be able to pound.

Gates belt should solve the problem. I have same sled but never really messed with the stock weights. Belt slip is an issue with anything but the Gates belt.

I use the Drag Specialties Premium series from Dennis Kirk. 320cca is about as good as it gets.

Cant say for sure, but I can say that Ulmer is a great resource for these things IF you can get him. From what I gather the 430's are nice and manageable plus a change in where the boost sensor taps in and rescaling the voltages accordingly.
