Changing to the freeride track isn't even an option, it just has to be done. I absolutely love mine. As far as the change out goes it's relatively easy. I have done 4 now, and the last one I did took me an hour and fifteen minutes. It looks like a far worse job then it is. :Rockon:

We have 3 FX's in my group all wore the sliders into the rails within 1100kms, but its only a 6" area in front of the front idler. I will be adding another idler.

By doing that make sure you watch those sliders were the rail curves, cuz man if you are riding low snow conditions at all do they ever burn them off at the curve. Just something to keep an eye on.

If you can't get transfer with what you did, you definately need the track. It does wonders. The best thing about the track change is that it is relatively easy, it only takes about 90 minutes. When you gonna come west for a ride Pat? ;)

Ya, definately remove coupling block, stiffen front arm shock up, and put on 1.5" freeride track.;)

It cracked just back from the motor, and blew out an exhaust gasket.

In my crew we've bent 2 spindles, apparently the one front end is tweaked and 2 bent tie rod ends. All from hard landings. Mine broke the brackets that tie the front and rear arm together in the rear susp. We free ride and jump alot, so IMO I don't think these are going to be built tough enough.
