I just purchased an 05 RX1-ER with a badly damaged front heat exchanger. Has anyone replaced one? Can I replace it from the bottom of the sled by removing the suspension, track, chaincase, etc... Has anyone purchased a service manual and can tell me if it's worth the $60.00 price?
