Have made my own set up with bushing and spacer , I have fine tune the set up so there is almost no wear ( oil is still clean also ) . you find a good machinist , he will point to problems of each gear set up , all of which are better than stock ,

I sold my 21 srx , had to pay less than 4 grand difference for the 22 , I will do this every year if I can . On a side note getting a little concerned only have seen 3-4 SRX online at dealers so far …. Lol

I have gone the other way with my winder . When I first bought my 18 , after the first 6 months, I thought what did I get myself into , coming from a 08 apex . Now with a few mods , home made gear bushing & axle mod , 300 hp on tap , best handling sled , how could I go to something else slower...

Are you running more than 20 psig boost ? Or you guys get a lot of bad gas , my hurricane multi flash has only flashed 3-4 times over the last 3 years on 92-94 octane gas . When it does I turn it down until the next station. I mostly use esso or mobile.

It could be worse, Polaris has 850 “ stop sell , and engine replacement “ recall . Those guys won’t be getting their sleds anytime soon , and I wouldn’t want it after that kind of mass recall.

If I knew the new sled wasn't until January, probably wouldn't have ordered one . I wish they had that motor option in the sidewinder.

I hope the new sleds are soon with no delays , just sold my 21 srx . If it doesn’t show me beating the new 850s on my 2001 srx will be a embarrassment. Lol

Buddy ordered a early delivery skidoo , phoned dealer to find out when he could pick it up this month . Dealer told him multiple parts missing from sled didn't know when they will be in . Should be interesting to see who gets there sleds on time .

Got a call from Yamaha, to basically verify I did put a deposit on a srx . I was talking to my neighbor who owns a Polaris dealership , Polaris has cancelled all he shop inventory sleds for 2022 , makes me think that Polaris is going to be scrambling to fill there deposit program sleds again...

Unfortunately getting old ( like me ) or if you have bad vision, definitely something to look into . The thin led light skidoo, would be ideal some where by the inter cooler.

Did you test the anti freeze that came out of your sled with a antifreeze tester ? Just going to 50/50 mix or a reading of -30 to -40 f on the tester will improve your overheating problems.as the original antifreeze in the sled will read off the scale on the tester. Sled should be in the 165...

Never had problem with pads , unless the owner let the bushing in the gear go really bad . There's multiple guys making upper gear bushings that will solve this problem.

I wouldn't run anything other than hurricane or TD tunes ...

I ordered a 22 srx , this is great if you are selling your used 2021 srx . Have to think about put both up for sale see if there’s any desperate buyers in the fall . Would have ordered eps if I had option in the srx
