Keep in mind that many of those items are only available for a few years. The mfg's tend to produce only a limited number, and when they're sold out, that's it. Going that far back may not yield very many available items. Good luck.

I did mine bout 3-4 yrs ago. Don't recall any heat wrap. But then again the ole memory isn't what it used to be. What I can say is that I did a repack because I thought it needed it when it really didn't. Post a pic maybe it'll jog my memory.

2-3 hrs for an experienced wrench. And that's provided you don't have to re-shim. If you do have to re-shim, plan on an additional 3-4 plus cuz the cams have to come out.

Going from a 121 to a 144 is a BIG jump. I'm surprised that it didn't stick out further than that in relation to the snowflap.
