It’s a common problem. They need a thaw out regularly. I used self tapping screws to tighten up my boots. It did help.

Rode today. Misfire here and there. Lasted maybe 1km then clear out for another 10-15. Cleaned air box. Cleaned gasket from air box to carbs. Removed and cleaned lid gasket. Very oily. Cleaned/degreased air filter and inside air box. Will try and eliminate water getting in first.

Wouldn’t worry about your antifreeze. Parts store grab some PH strips. If your ph is 10 it’s still good and probably will be for long time since your at 500miles. Anything lower than 9 it’s getting too acidic and time for a change. Can dilute too for better cooling effect as well. Mine was...

Had my air box off tonight. It’s still a tight squeeze. Kleenex or paper towel to hold but in deep socket your best bet.

Tie rod rubber boots. Gently pry those plastic push pins and you can get to the nuts.
