I spring Ordered 2 srxs yesterday. I have ran single keels with snowtrackers for a few years now and found they worked very well. I am hoping these will be available or a woodys slim jim option. Always found Yamaha did not put on enough carbide for me. Obviously a personal preference. Used to...

Nice review just spring checked 2 srx's today. Gonna be a long wait for winter.

Just had a 2017 viper with the same issues bearing loose and spinning slightly on the shaft.

Even if I was told there would be a mid-season update for fixes on these issues I would spring order a new srx. It's just been 5 years without a fix....

JMS@Yamaha will the 2021 have a fix for the chaincase bushing and driveshaft bearing? Appreciate your presence answering questions on here. Shows that Yamaha cares.

I am also looking at buying a vector budget is a bit of an issue for me and the 05 is going a bit cheaper then the 06s just wondering becides the timing chain tensioner issue any other problems on higher milage 05 vectors ? should i be going to to bank to buy a newer model ?
