Does the excell cover, cover the front opening as well?

I didn't use any silicone. I get a little water coming between the sheets at the back. No water coming out the side and I only used 6 rivets (3 each side). I used thicker than 0.02". I think I used 12 gauge, but in my opinion you could get away with 0.04".

I managed to get one off with a heat gun. I ended up tearing the brake side one. Thanks for all your help.

I drilled out the rivets on the grips, but they won't budge. Does anyone have any ideas? I thought about trying to use a heat gun to loosen the glue. What do you guys think?

Does anyone no if yamaha glues the grips on the handlebars? I bent my handlebars on Monday :o| and need to replace them. My dealer wasn't sure that they could save the grips, because they weren't sure if they would have to cut them off. If it turns out they can't be saved, I want to...
