I am at 50psi key on fuel pressure on my Hurricane Header tuned SW and it is correcting fuel up to 114% as well on the 300tune to have 11.8:1 AFR.
As a side note....I just did a full day back woods trail and lake ride and before the trip I adjusted my FP down to the stock 43 psi as I was...
I would like the hood extension for a couple reasons at least.
-where I mounted my adjustable FPR, having the hood off makes it way easier to see and adjust
-being able to run the engine with the hood off makes it way easier to check for exhaust leaks
-leaning the hood up against the sled to be...
No...don't think that fits the 2017 and up SWs.
Looks like the Arctic Cat part number is 1686-802 but no one has stock...probably unavailable for ever now.
A hood harness extension would be nice. I have been setting the hood down on its nose leaning against the PTO side of the sled for maintenance where the sled needs to power up.
I have had the Gap Cold air since they were first released and I have had zero issues.
But...this was posted by another member in a previous thread on the Gap cold air kit, so I guess it depends on the conditions you operate the sled in.
I have had 4 exhausts on my SW
-stock
-TD 2.5 SQ
-Hurricane Perf Trail 2.5
-finally TD 3" stock mod
Everything is louder then stock and I found the TD 3" stock mod to suit my tastes the best.
I would think that if you can get a good deal on the TD package you initially listed and its the setup...
I did the vent mod when the sled was new in 2019 so I am going by memory.
The stock vent fitting is held in place with a grommet and so is the original tank fuel return fitting.
I just attached a fuel line on the return line fitting, installed a one way check valve in the line, and routed it...
Thats what I did with mine as well as adding a vent from tank to up under the handle bar pad from the old tank fuel return fitting that was not being used after rerouting return line to over the fuel pump basket. I put a one way pressure fitting on both vent lines.
Take a look at this thread from a few years back. Max Rolph was having a similar problem...lots of good info in this. Start at post 262 and on.

I just hope someone purchases Arctic Cat as a complete package and stays competitive in the Sno Mo market.
With Yamacats gone the other manufacturers can take a holiday on new tech and one only has to look at Ski Doos lame release on 2026 models.
We now have no sleds with power steering, no...
I bet fresh fuel, new plugs, and a good run will clear your issues.
I am not a fan of regular starting a sled in the off season. A short heat cycle builds condensation that idling for 10 mins will never get rid of. On initial startup and idle the fuel mixture is relatively rich that can and...
