I would go with a Mc-Xpress rear mount. 92 pump fuel is 260 hp very little lag. Once you are going down the trail 0 Lag..... The only problem You will have is keeping tracks on the sled...
fuel
I can see about 60 miles on a tank , totally depends if I am on the loud lever alot or not. I didnt expect to see alot of milage with the 310 Kit but I have been finding out that you just dont have to use all the throttle to get places, But it sure is fun WFO
fuel pressure
I have never hooke a gauge up to mine when under boost but I think it will go up Quite a bit beause the fuel pressure regulator will have pressure on it and that will close it off to a certain extent... The mc-xpress 310 kit comes with a extra fuel pump for more volume
boost
I think the controller with a Lcd screen would be the way to go, I have seen as much as a 5 lb. spike with my turbo-x before it settles down. This seems to be when I have it on the higher settings....
Warranty
I have to believe its gone. There may be some dealers that will try to get things fixed for ya but if it ia a major melt down I dont think it will fly...
Codes
Tors will come up with the boosted apexes that is true. The tps should not give you a problem. I had the TORS problem with the mc-xpress i believe it has something to so with the boost holding the throttle plates open for a moment under decelleration.....
