I have checked the box and tubing. the only thing is the filter casing foam is missing so there is not a good seal. today I removed the carb and am going to rebuild it. hope that works. I am also going to adj. the valves. Thanks for the advice.

I bought this used the other day and it idles fine and runs good once you get moving but from a stop it sputters pretty bad when you hit the gas. no mods. any direction would be great. thanks. I was reading on the valve adj. and was going to try it.
