Do the apex rtx need a notched track? I just took a 1 inch notched touring track out and am installing a 136 m10 and a 1-1/4 ripsaw that is not notched, does it need to be?

When you take off the headlight it is right on top of the throttle bodies and has 4 air screws on top and one adjusting screw on the side,the service manual shows the one on the side as the idle set screw but says nothing about the air screws or what the adjustment is,anyone know? mine will foul...

On all the other yamaha sleds I have owned ,and it is a lot, the frame number and motor number have always matched,my new to me 07 apex rtx does not match,this sled was purchesed new from Hauck, did yamah quit doing this or has this motor been replaced?
