I had same issue with random stalling when I let off the throttle under low power
Drove me crazy
Hasn't done it since I bypassed the tors system
There is a good post on here with photos how to do it
Well
I just pumped 10 lbs of regulated air into the regulator while the sled was running(I teed into the boost gauge to ensure it was accurate), my fuel pressure went from 48 to 59. Definitely not 2:1 ratio. That explains when I set my idle pressure to 60lbs and went for a ride the pressure...
Hope it works for you
I spent a long time on the phone with Dave from PL today.
We tried many things to get more fuel on the top end. No success. Only time I seen good a/f was when I set my pressure to 60lbs so I'm seriously thinking problem may be the regulator.
I'm temp relocating my fuel...
I'm trying to track down a lean problem as well after installing the return kit with the PL regulator

I have my regulator plumbed to the intercooler, but it shouldn't make too much of a difference.
After install, my regulator no longer read my...

Powderlites stage 2
Last season I was running around 12.5 to 1 A/F at 12 lbs at high elevation. Seems high for me, Im assuming optimum A/F to be around 11.7-11.9 to 1.
Took it out this week at low elevation and was running 13-13.1 to 1 at 10 lbs.
I installed the latest...
When I try and send all to rapid bike it gives me an error saying tables are different
Figured it out
I had to send the 2 maps(injection and advance) separate then it worked
Thanx for the help
Thanx for the ideas
I am aware more fuel is rich and less fuel is lean
I am just explaining what I observed
Guess I was wondering if anyone else with a similar regulator to the
Powderlites reg had similar issues after doing a rail return kit
I have a Powederlites kit on my Nytro.
A/F numbers are good .
running around 47 lbs fuel pressure
My original kit had the fuel going from the pump to a T. One side going to the fuel rail and one side to the regulator then dumping back into the tank.
I just installed a fuel rail return...
Ya, thats a pretty long extension with no hyfax.
I have a similar one but only 153-162 as well as all the mountain wheels + marginal wheel kit up front.
I use my scratchers on all packed snow/trails.
1800 km original hyfax, probably 70% left.
I run the track with about 1" unweighted sag in...
I wouldn't say waste of money, its a 4 stroke and in being that it has certain advantages and disadvantages.
Why bitch about it (esp on a Yamaha forum)... If you didn't make an informed decision before you bought it thats your problem...
Bought my Nytro with the intention to turbo it from...
